Custom Orders

Custom printed items are made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, placement, and all other order details before production begins.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, the order may not be canceled, returned, or refunded unless Snicker n Print made an error or the item has a printing defect.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, names, phrases, images, or designs they provide to Snicker n Print.

By submitting artwork or design instructions, the customer confirms that they have permission to use the submitted material and that it does not violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property rights.

Snicker n Print reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or other legal restrictions.

All original designs, mockups, product photos, branding, text, and content created by Snicker n Print remain the property of Snicker n Print or CM Linco LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Colors and Variations

Product colors, print colors, mockups, and images may appear slightly different on screens than they do in person. Shirt brand, fit, fabric, shade, and availability may vary.

We do our best to represent products accurately, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings, garment supply, printing method, and production process.

Limitation of Liability

Snicker n Print is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, late artwork approvals, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, weather, events, or circumstances outside our control.

Snicker n Print is not responsible for damages caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or care of printed items.

Right to Refuse Service

Snicker n Print reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes illegal, hateful, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

We may also refuse orders that we believe could create legal, safety, or business concerns.

Updates to This Notice

Snicker n Print may update this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and will apply going forward from the date posted.
