How long do custom shirts take?

Most custom shirt orders are completed within 2–5 business days after payment and artwork approval. Larger orders or detailed designs may take longer.

Can I send my own design?

Yes. You can send your own artwork, logo, photo, or design idea. Higher-quality files print better. PNG, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution images are preferred.

Do I get a proof before printing?

For custom orders, we may send a digital proof for approval before production. Please check spelling, names, dates, colors, size, and placement carefully. Once approved, the item will be printed as approved.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup may be available by appointment or at select events. Please wait for confirmation before attempting to pick up an order.

Do you ship orders?

Yes. Shipping options are shown at checkout. Shipping times begin after production is complete.

Can I return a custom shirt?

Custom printed items are final sale once production has started. If we made an error or there is a printing defect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

How should I wash my shirt?

Wash inside out with cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
